Integrated CT Foundation Model and Radiomic Features Define Clinically and Biologically Distinct Colorectal Cancer Subtypes

This study integrates features from a CT foundation model with radiomic features to define colorectal cancer subtypes that are distinct in both clinical and biological characteristics. The work advances non-invasive characterization of colorectal cancer heterogeneity by connecting routinely acquired CT imaging with clinically relevant and biologically informed patient stratification.
