Abstract
This study compared the NCI MSI-PCR panel with two mononucleotide marker panels in a large Chinese cohort of colorectal and gastric cancers. The mononucleotide panels reduced MSI-L classifications and delivered slightly better sensitivity, supporting their use as more robust choices for routine MSI-PCR testing in these tumor types.
