Program Description
ICGC-ARGO CRC is the clinical genomics program that supports large-scale translational colorectal cancer research in the lab. By linking sequencing, pathology, and clinical follow-up at cohort scale, the program creates the substrate for biomarker development, subtype discovery, and independent validation of AI systems.
Rather than functioning as a single algorithmic project, it is the programmatic backbone behind multiple downstream efforts in prognosis, multimodal modeling, and precision treatment stratification.
