GitHub Release: MedAutoScience, our human-auditable medical research platform

Our lab publicly released MedAutoScience on GitHub on March 29, 2026. It is an agent-first, human-auditable platform for progressing disease-focused medical studies from versioned data assets to submission-ready research deliverables.

Rather than treating automated research as an unchecked end-to-end process, MedAutoScience is designed around reviewable study progression, evidence packaging, and submission delivery with human oversight at key decisions. The project reflects our effort to build a more operational research layer for medical AI work.
