Our team published PCsRNAdb in Nucleic Acids Research, a comprehensive pan-cancer resource for studying small noncoding RNAs across tumor types.
The database was built to support systematic exploration of miRNAs and other small noncoding RNA classes in cancer, together with downstream analytical workflows for expression, survival, and network analysis.
Key points:
- Curates 190 datasets and 11,114 samples across 19 cancer types.
- Covers miRNAs, piRNAs, tRNA-derived fragments, rRNA-derived fragments, and other small RNAs.
- Provides differential expression, survival, expression profiling, and regulatory network analysis utilities.
