Dr. Min-Er Zhong completed her surgical residency program and Ph.D. training at Peking Union Medical College Hospital. She was a postdoctoral fellow in our group and a surgeon in the Department of Colorectal Surgery at the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. As a dedicated surgeon, Dr. Zhong focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer, with a particular interest in the differences between right- and left-sided colon cancer. She is also keen on applying artificial intelligence technology to address clinical challenges in colorectal cancer. She has since moved on to continue her medical career at another hospital.
